We collect information you provide directly: name, email, payment information, and agent configuration data. We also automatically collect usage data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns with agents.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and ensure platform security. Agent conversation data is used to execute agent tasks and is not used to train AI models without explicit consent.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe), hosting providers (Vercel, AWS), and analytics services (Posthog). All third parties are bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose data when required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls. Agent credentials and API keys are encrypted using AES-256. We maintain SOC 2 compliance standards.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Agent conversation logs are retained for 90 days by default (configurable). Payment records are retained for 7 years per legal requirements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. You can request a full data export from your dashboard. For deletion requests, email privacy@openclawmarketplace.ai. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with consent) to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
